Regular visitors to the Library will know that we have lovely display boards and we host a rolling programme of creative exhibitions. For November, you have the chance to participate when we mount a commemorative exhibition to mark the 100th Anniversary of the 1918 Armistice.

You are invited to submit your work, which must be poppy-related and 2D wall mounted. Whether photos, artwork or crafts, it must be suitable for display using the Library hanging system (picture cord on the frames, light work attached with drawing pins). All participants should please bring work to the Library on or by Thursday 1st November and hang/display the work themselves, although assistance will be offered by the volunteers. All work is to be removed from the Library on Thursday 29th November.

We look forward to seeing a splendid variety of local talent in this special display. Do come along during the month to view the work.
