Do you know anyone who is living with sight loss in our community who would be interested in getting advice and support?
The Beacon Centre for the Blind will be running an outreach service at Kinver Community Library starting on Thursday 2nd February, 10.00 – 12.00, then at the same time on the first Thursday of each month.
Helpful specialist support on offer will include: Vision assessment; Low vision strategies; How to gain employment with vision impairment; How to gain independence despite vision impairment; Use of technology; Sight awareness training.
