Local author Alan Smith’s annual ghost story reading at Kinver Library has already sold out, so a repeat performance has been arranged.  The extra date is Tuesday 5th December, 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start, and early booking is strongly recommended for this popular event.  Prepare for a spine-tingling evening as you listen to The Wood Behind Rokeham Church.

Alan has written books in a variety of genres including fantasy, horror, thriller and comedy drama.  His play, An Evening of Delectable Terror, has toured to sell out audiences in Birmingham and London, and his novels include recently-published The Midnight Carousel.  When not writing, Alan enjoys working with prison reading groups; visitors to the Library are sure to be captivated by his latest ghost story.

Tickets for the event cost £5, to include refreshments, and places can be booked by visiting the Vicarage Road library or phoning 01384 872348.
