We’re looking forward to a new initiative organised by CreateSpace, a combined arts project supporting adults to create space for the arts in their everyday lives and make a positive difference to health and wellbeing.
Five sessions of creative activity with Juneau Projects will be starting on Thursday 12 September, running weekly from 10.30am to 12.30pm. Activities are suitable for complete beginners or artists looking to improve their skills. Each week will focus on a different art form, such as drawing, lino cut printing and new creative technologies.
All materials are provided and the cost of £10 – only £2 per session – includes a takeaway tester, a cuppa and biscuit.
Booking is essential and transport may be provided. Contact the Library on 01384 872348 to reserve your place and get creative this autumn.
