We are again organising some entertaining activity sessions for children over the long summer holidays. These are on the theme of this year’s Summer Reading Challenge “Marvellous Makers”, which celebrates crafts and creativity.

From 2pm to 3.30pm on the following dates, children can come along for free and join in really fun sessions :

31 July – Kites, in the library; 7 August – Harry Potter, in the library; 14 August – Fun with Clay, in the library and 21 August – Parachutes, in St Peter’s Church Hall.

Places must be booked in advance on 01384 872348 or in person at the library.  Two sessions may be booked per child for 31 July, 7 and 14 August, with a waiting list for places on the third session. Places on 21 August session are not restricted.

There’ll be plenty of fun – all summer long!
